Stamping
With our stamping processes of blade cutting, kiss-cutting and shear-cutting to various levels of automation, we have the necessary know-how and the right equipment in order to meet your requirements to the full.

Our machinery park includes:

• Automatic stamping machines
• Eccentric presses
• Beam stamping machines
• Hydraulic presses
• Toggle lever stamping machines
• Rotation stamping machines

These machines are divided into high-performance stamping departments, according to construction type, size and level of automation. This enables us to carry out small-, medium- and large-series production economically.

Water-jet and laser cutting
As an ecological alternative, Schlösser offers water-jet cutting (with pure or abrasive water) or laser cutting. Since no tooling is required for these manufacturing processes, preliminary samples, small series or series production running into millions can be produced quickly and cost-effectively. Water-jet cutting and laser cutting are ideally suitable for the production of parts with intricate or complex contours. In this case, geometry changes can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively, for example in the development phase.
We can process your inquiries or produce preliminary samples particularly quickly if you provide us with your design drawing as a file in .dxf-, .dwgor any other format.
