Quality Management
Schlösser works according to the quality and environmental requirements of its customers. Customer satisfaction is the supreme company objective and the overriding obligation for all employees.
Our quality management embraces the complete range of modern quality assurance – from team-wide analysis of manufacturing feasibility to advance quality planning and integrated self-checking, and on to detailed quality assurance agreements with our customers and suppliers. These processes are certified to ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004.
The demands on organisation and production are enormously high: the principle of zero fault-tolerance applies. Besides its motivated and experienced employees, Schlösser relies for this purpose on modern software (SAP, CAQ, sampling etc.) and testing systems from the point of goods receipt through to delivery, in order to achieve the lowest possible ppm fault rates.

Initital sample
Before the beginning of a serial delivery we can, by request, place initial parts and the corresponding initial part audit report, for example according to VDA- or PPAP standards at your disposal. Our measuring has the ability to meet all requested metrological tasks and documentations.
