Irrespective of whether you have your stamped components delivered as self-adhesive, magazine-filled, stacked in the box, packed in bags, bundled or on the “rack”, we offer economical alternatives to bulk, loose goods.

Self-adhesive – on strips or rolls
To facilitate fitting or assembly, we can supply many materials, self-adhesive on one or both sides, on strips or rolls. The benefits for the customer are obvious: this arrangement enables automatic processing by handling equipment, and prevents deformation of the parts. The parts cannot be lost during assembly, irrespective of whether they are installed overhead or at different times.

Form strips – the rational solution
Accurate positional feeding of the parts can be achieved by the use of form strips. Form strips are pre-stamped parts retained in the material strip by webs. The parts are produced by automatic assembly machines.

Magazine-filled – ideal for automated further processing
We prepare the stamped parts in advance for feeding in automatic assembly systems. You can choose magazine sizes of up to 1,000 mm. The fixing of the parts is carried out for example by adhesive strips, which can be removed easily without leaving behind any adhesive residues.

Bundled – without deformation
You know the problem: Stamped parts are delivered, and you discover that they are deformed. With our "bundled" solution – also available to volume specifications – deformations are avoided and all parts are supplied in the correct form.

Stacked in the box – for better handling
On request, we can also supply stamped parts in sets in a disposable plastic box or in a reusable plastic box (KLT). These are then already arranged in the required sequence and position – creating great handling benefits for you during assembly.

Packaged and labelled – to your requirements
However it suits you best – we supply products bagged by quantity, printed with labelling or barcode.

On request, your parts can also be packaged under clean-room conditions.
