Own stamping tool construction

We at Schlösser continue to rely on our own tooling construction. We see this as core expertise, because this enables us to offer our customers greater speed, quality and reproducibility, together with the innovative solutions which distinguish us from the competition. All procedures are systematised and automated: Our comprehensive database, which contains all specific material and tool data, serves as the basis for tool planning. The design is carried out on our 3-D CAD systems.
The resulting CNC data is transmitted directly to the relevant CNC machines, such as wire-eroding machines, HSC/CNC milling machines or CNC lathes.
Schlösser has many standard tools for circular components such as rings or washers. In such cases, this means that there are no tooling costs for the customer.
